All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which encrypts data at rest using AES-256. Payments are processed by Flutterwave over encrypted channels — we never see or store your card details.

FAQ

Is this really a one-time payment?+

Yes. Couples pay once and get access for the full period on their plan. Planners buy slots that never expire — no annual fees, no subscriptions, ever.

What does a wedding slot include?+

Every slot is the full Grand tier — 300 guests, all 9 features (seating chart, day-of check-in, vendor deposit tracker, wedding website, budget by event, WhatsApp sharing, PDF exports), and lifetime access. There are no reduced-feature slots.

Can my client also access their wedding dashboard?+

Yes. After you create a wedding for a client, you can send them a claim link. They click it, set a password, and get their own login to co-manage their wedding dashboard alongside you.

Do planner slots expire?+

No. Slots never expire. Buy 10 today and use the last one three years from now — they still work. Weddings themselves also get lifetime access once created.

Can I buy more slots later?+

Yes, from inside your planner dashboard any time. Individual top-up slots are $90 each (Grand tier). No new plan purchase required.

How does the RSVP system work?+

Add a guest to the dashboard and they receive a personalised email with a link to your wedding page. One click — no account, no app. Their response appears instantly. You can also share via WhatsApp with a custom message per guest.

Is there a money-back guarantee?+

Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchase, email [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to couple plans and planner slot packs alike.

What happens to my data after my plan expires?+

Your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything. You can upgrade from inside your dashboard at any time to restore full access. Your data is not automatically deleted.

How do I create my password?+

After registration you receive an email from Firebase with a secure password setup link. Click it, set your own password, then sign in. EndlessVow never stores or sends your password in plain text.

Do I need the internet on my wedding day?+

For live RSVP tracking and check-in, yes. However we recommend printing your guest list PDF the day before as a backup — it includes all seating, dietary, and RSVP data. The PDF export button is in your Guest List section.

What are the plan time limits?+

Essential is 8 months, Complete is 14 months — both are designed to cover the entire planning window for most weddings. If you need more time, you can upgrade from inside your dashboard. The Grand plan is lifetime with no expiry.
