EndlessVow is a wedding planning platform for intimate celebrations. We operate at endlessvow.com. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@endlessvow.com.
2. What information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account details: your email address and password
- Wedding profile: partner names, wedding date, venue name and location
- Guest list: names, email addresses, dietary requirements, RSVP responses
- Budget information: category names, amounts allocated and spent
- Vendor information: vendor names, types, and booking status
- Timeline and checklist items you create
- Messages guests submit via your RSVP page
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data: which sections of the dashboard you use
- Device type and browser, used to ensure the app works correctly
- IP address, used for security and fraud prevention
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to provide and improve EndlessVow. Specifically:
- To create and manage your account
- To deliver your wedding dashboard and all its features
- To send you your login credentials and account notifications
- To process your payment and send receipts
- To provide customer support when you contact us
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To improve the product based on how it is used
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore, operated by Google. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is controlled by security rules that restrict reads and writes to your account only.
Your account is secured through Firebase Authentication. When your account is created, login credentials are sent to your registered email address. We strongly recommend changing your password after your first login using the dashboard login screen. Passwords are stored by Firebase in encrypted form — EndlessVow does not store your password in our database.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. For one-time plans:
- Essential plan: data retained for 8 months from account creation
- Complete plan: data retained for 14 months from account creation
- Grand plan: data retained for the lifetime of your account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@endlessvow.com. We will process the deletion within 7 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to how we process your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@endlessvow.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
EndlessVow uses minimal cookies. Firebase Authentication sets a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. The Google Maps API may set cookies for its own functionality.
9. Children's privacy
EndlessVow is intended for adults planning their weddings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EndlessVow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
