1. Who we are

EndlessVow is a wedding planning software product operated by EndlessVow, based in Nigeria. We provide cloud-based wedding planning tools to couples and professional wedding planners globally.

By using EndlessVow you agree to this privacy policy. Our primary contact for privacy matters is [email protected].

2. What information we collect

Information you provide directly

Account details: your email address (we never store your password)
Wedding profile: partner names, wedding date, venue name and location
Guest list: names, email addresses, dietary requirements, RSVP responses
Budget information: category names, amounts allocated and spent
Vendor information: vendor names, types, and booking status
Timeline and checklist items you create
Messages guests submit via your RSVP page
Payment information: processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details

Information collected automatically

Basic usage data: which sections of the dashboard you use
Device type and browser, used to ensure the app works correctly
IP address, used for security and fraud prevention

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and improve EndlessVow. Specifically:

To create and manage your account
To deliver your wedding dashboard and all its features
To send you your password setup link and account notifications
To process your payment and send receipts
To provide customer support when you contact us
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To improve the product based on how it is used

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Who we share your information with

We share your data only with the services necessary to operate EndlessVow:

Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage
EmailJS — sending transactional emails including password setup links and RSVP confirmations
Google Maps — venue search and location lookup
Flutterwave — payment processing. We never see or store your full card details. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and edge delivery

We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers. We will share data with law enforcement only if required by law.

Collaborators you invite

If you invite a collaborator to your dashboard, they will have access to your wedding data — guest list, budget, vendors, timeline, and seating. You control who you invite and can remove them at any time from the Team section.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore, operated by Google. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is controlled by security rules that restrict reads and writes to your account only.

Your account is secured through Firebase Authentication (Google). When your account is created, you receive a secure password setup link sent to your registered email — you choose your own password directly via that link. EndlessVow never sends, stores, or sees your password in plain text. Passwords are hashed and stored exclusively by Firebase in encrypted form.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. For each plan type:

Essential and Complete plans: your dashboard becomes read-only when your access period ends. Your data is not automatically deleted. You can upgrade at any time to restore full access.
Grand plan: lifetime access with no expiry.

Your data is retained until you request deletion or delete your account yourself from within the dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to how we process your data

8. Cookies

EndlessVow uses the following cookies and analytics tools:

Firebase Authentication — session cookie to keep you logged in
Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics to improve the product. Opt out here.
Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to improve usability. No personally identifiable information is captured.
Google Maps — venue location features. Google may set its own cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

9. Children's privacy

EndlessVow is intended for adults planning their weddings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EndlessVow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
