Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using EndlessVow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and EndlessVow. If you are using EndlessVow on behalf of someone else (for example, as a wedding planner managing a couple's account), you confirm you have their permission to do so.

2. The service

EndlessVow is a web-based wedding planning platform that provides tools for guest management, RSVP tracking, budget planning, seating charts, vendor management, day-of timelines, and team collaboration.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing functionality. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Accounts and access

Your account is created by EndlessVow following your purchase. Your login credentials are sent to the email address you provided at registration. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account credentials with anyone other than invited collaborators using the in-app Team feature.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@endlessvow.com.

4. Plans, payment and refunds

EndlessVow uses one-time pricing. There are no recurring charges. You pay once and have access for the duration specified by your plan.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with EndlessVow within 30 days of your purchase, email us at hello@endlessvow.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We do not offer partial refunds for unused access periods.

Access expiry

Essential and Complete plans expire after the stated access period. When your plan expires, your data is archived and your dashboard becomes read-only. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted. Grand plan holders have permanent access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EndlessVow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to EndlessVow without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
• Spam guests via the RSVP or collaboration features

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Your content

You own all content you create in EndlessVow — your wedding profile, guest list, budget, timeline, and any other data you enter. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

By using EndlessVow, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never use your content for advertising, analysis, or any purpose other than operating the platform for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you enter about guests (names, emails, dietary requirements) is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Where required, you should have obtained the consent of your guests to store their information.

7. Collaborators

You may invite collaborators to your dashboard using the Team feature. Collaborators have full read and write access to your wedding data. You are responsible for who you invite and for their actions within your account. You can remove a collaborator at any time.

Collaborators do not require their own paid EndlessVow account. Their access is covered by your plan.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@endlessvow.com. On deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 7 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In cases of serious breach we may do so without notice. Where we terminate without cause, we will issue a pro-rated refund.

9. Limitation of liability

EndlessVow is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndlessVow's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, missed RSVPs, or any issues arising on your wedding day from the use or unavailability of EndlessVow.

We strongly recommend exporting your guest list and key information before your wedding date so you are not dependent on internet access on the day.

10. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@endlessvow.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Most issues can be resolved with a straightforward conversation.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EndlessVow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
